💌 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging (if applicable)

To start a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a quick note. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.

🧾 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Final sale items
Personalized/custom orders

🌍 Dispatch Locations

Depending on your address and stock availability, your order may ship from our Canadian or international partner warehouse. This won’t affect return eligibility.
